In today’s polluted atmosphere, the main problem we are facing is hair fall. There are many causes like genetics, hormone imbalance, stress, skin diseases, and nutrient deficiency, but few techniques can regrow your hair naturally.

1. Aloe vera:

Aloe vera contains vitamins A, C and E. All these vitamins help to cell turnover, promotes healthy cell growth and have shiny and smooth hair. It also contains Folic Acid and Vitamin B12. They help with your hair from falling. Aloe vera gel can be applied directly to your hair and scalp and leave it for 30-45 minutes before rinsing. For better results repeat the process twice a week. You can also leave it for overnight if it is natural.

2. Green Tea:

Green Tea is very helpful for hair regrowth. As it contains epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), it prevents hair loss by inhibiting the activity of hormones that cause hair loss and promotes hair regrowth by stimulating the follicles. Brew a few tea bags about half a liter of water for about 10-20 minutes and let it cool down. After washing your hair, massage the green tea on your scalp for about 10 minutes and rinse it with cold water. Repeat the process twice a week for the best results

3. Onion Juice & Oil

Both the onion juice and onion oil give you a great result in the regrowth of hair. The onion juice provides you with extra sulphur to support strong and thick hair, thus it prevents hair loss and promotes hair growth. The sulphur provided by onion helps promote collagen production. Collagen in turn helps to produce healthy skin cells and hair growth. Onion oil is rich in sulphur and potassium. Onion oil is known for strengthening split ends and preventing breakage. It helps in maintaining the pH of the scalp and hair roots which helps the growth of new hair follicles.

4. Hibiscus Flower:

The hibiscus flower is a rich source of flavonoids and amino acids. While it helps in increasing blood circulation in the scalp and stimulates dormant follicles and it also helps in keratin production which gives your hair a natural shine and texture. Take 10-12 leaves and 5-7 flowers and grind them into a fine paste. Take 100ml coconut oil, heat it, and add it to the paste. You can apply it to your hair and keep it for 45 min and rinse thoroughly. Use the hibiscus oil 2-3 times weekly for better results.

Tips :

1. Avoid the usage of direct shampooing, instead of dilute it with some water and use

2. Make sure you use the correct type of shampoo that suits your scalp and hair.


3. Make sure you do not use more chemical treatments or dyes and heated hair styling tools as they all weaken hair cuticles and cause breakage.

4. You should also consider the food you take. Because the deficiency of iron, biotin, and low levels of zinc may also cause for hair loss.
